Before we left St. George, Brett and I took Isaac to see some of my relatives he rarely gets to see. Two of my favorite people in the world are my Grandma and Grandpa. Isaac remembers my grandma, he calls her "Grandma Shirley" and talks about her every-time he holds his special "grandma shirley blanket." He warmed right up to them and gave them hugs. I just adore these two and miss them like crazy. It was so fun to spend some time with them.
We were visiting with them at my Aunt Vicki's house. Isaac seemed to warm up to Vic in a heartbeat. But who couldn't when you are being offered everything wonderful to play with! Vic had a fun wiggle bike he rode out back and then she gave him a really cool water gun to fill up in the pool. He just loved how far it would shoot! (Brett did too, he had the really big squirt gun!) She also gave him a suckers and a stuffed animal puppy. Yes, he loved her! Thanks Vic!
We had a great trip and wished we didn't have to leave so quickly, but it's always nice to come home. Brett and Isaac sang in his microphone part of the way home until Isaac found his Burger King hat that his Grandpa LaMonte got for him. He enjoyed being King Isaac after that.
