Because Isaac isn't in school, the first day of Summer is really like any other day for me. But to celebrate the occasion of his cousins being out of school, we went to their house and had fun on their new slip n' slide! Isaac was a little unsure of the slipping on his tummy part and just liked to run through the water... but occasionally he would slip, fall, and slide anyway. He was insistent on wearing his green crocks because I told him they were "water shoes", well this was water to play in!
Here he goes, he looks a little nervous!
Lulu had no problem diving into the water.
Neither did Buddy!
Isaac enjoyed running on it or to the side catching the water in the bucket.
Eventually, Isaac got the hang of it.

It was a very fun day! I'm sure we will have many more splash days throughout the Summer!

How fun! Yep school's out is the same as every other day for us too. But my sisters start partying so that's fun. We really need to get together...go to the park or swimming or something! Your blog is so cute.
