After a very long 8 days... swimming lessons are over! It was so fun and I Isaac learned a lot and we had a good time together. I had a blast being with Stacy and now Emma and Isaac are such cute little friends. The last day was mostly a play day in the water and we practiced things we learned. We went back to the shallow end, which the kids just love being able to touch the bottom. They also enjoyed being able to run into the water from the cement and then back out again.
At the end of swimming lessons the kids got a certificate and a sucker as their reward for doing such a good job. I was so glad that there was no major accidents by the end of the two weeks. Not even falling on the wet cement. And then Isaac got his sucker. He was so excited he started jumping up and down and SPLAT! Well, we were close. He put his legs in the water and it made him feel better. Hopefully, we can do another swim class next year! It was a lot of fun! Thanks again Stacy and Emma! We had a blast, too! We'll have to get together again soon and let the kids play. They are just too cute together!
